About Warren SOS

Since 1997 supporting seniors to stay in their homes is our top priority at Warren SOS. We understand the importance of creating a safe and comfortable environment for seniors to age in place. Our mission is to provide the necessary support and assistance to help seniors maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. We are funded through Minnesota DHS Live Well at Home Grant, local contribution, other funders and fundraising efforts,
Our Services
We offer a range of services tailored to meet the specific needs of seniors, including home safety assessments, daily medication reminders, offer a wide range of health/exercise programs, chore, respite, companionship, food supplment programs, and referrals to other senior or healthcare providers if needed. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that seniors receive the services and support they need to continue living in their cherished homes with dignity and joy.
